Ingredients

  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream, 2 ½ cups crushed ice cream, 2 eggs

  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract, 2ltrs zimgold cooking oil

Directions

  • Add 3 cups of vanilla into baking tray with shrink wrap and freeze for  1 hour. Mix 2 eggs and ¼ vanilla extract.
  • Unwrap the ice cream and roll in cornflake crumbs, roll in egg mixture, freeze for an hour.
  • Fry until brown in zimgold oil.
