½ cup plain yoghurt, ½ cucumber grated, 1 clove galic finely crushed, ½ tsp lemon zest, 1 Tbsp lemon juice, mint leaves chooped, salt and pepper.
410g chick peas, ½ red onion chopped, handful fresh coriander leaves chopped, 1 tsp ground coriander, ½ egg,salt and pepper, ½ cup breadcrumbs, zimgold cooking oil.
Directions
- Mash the chick peas, add red onion, add coriander leaves, add ground coriander and mix.
- Add half an egg, add salt and pepperoll mixture into small balls, roll them in the breadcrumbs, fry until golden.
- Mix cucumber, galic, mint leaves, lemon juices, lemon zest, salt and pepper.
