Who We Are

Our Background

Zimgold Industries was incorporated in Zimbabwe in 2012 initially as a joint venture between ETG/Vamara & Parrogate Zimbabwe. The first commercial production started in 2013. National Foods then bought an equity stake in the company in 2016.

Lemon Loaf

Add castor sugar into a bowl and add 3 eggs and mix.
Add 125 ml of zimgold cooking oil and mix.

Fried Ice Cream

Add 3 cups of vanilla into baking tray with shrink wrap and freeze for 1 hour.
Mix 2 eggs and ¼ vanilla extract.

Sweet And Sour Chicken

Add cooking wine,season to taste and add cornstarch to the chicken breast.

Pepperoni Pasta

Boil 4 liters of water then add 40g of salt,1 tbsp of cooking oil,375g of penne pasta.

Moist Vanilla Cupcakes

Add 1 ¼ cups of cake flour to a bowl
Add 1 tsp bicarb, 1 ¼ tsp baking powder,1 tbsp salt and mix.

Falafel With Tzatziki

Mash the chick peas, add red onion, add coriander leaves, add ground coriander and mix.

Banana Bread

Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Add sugar and a cup of oil and mix

Mayonnaise Recipe

Whisk 2 eggs,2 tbsp of cold water, ½ tsp of salt,2 tbsp of lemon juice,1 tsp of mustard together.
Add 1 ½ cup of cold cooking gradually and blend until thick.
